The Electric Chain Hoist is designed to lift and lower heavy loads up to 0.5 tonnes, using an electric motor. The chain supports and moves the load, making it more efficient to handle heavy objects in industrial settings. Located outside the load path is the clutch, to prevent the slipping of the load in an overload condition when the brake is not powered.
