Capable of achieving flowrates up to 180m3/hr. LC180W has dual rakes fitted & automatic sludge emptying monitored & controlled by PLC. Standard 20ft container footprint allows for reduced transport & lifting complexity compared to multiple smaller units. Featuring dual hoppers for increased sludge capacity, this system includes a sludge pump and control panel that automatically alternates between hoppers to maintain optimal levels. A rake drive prevents excessive dewatering for easier extraction, while the top deck allows for convenient inspection and maintenance.
