The Low Height Cylinders (also known as cylinder spring plungers) are equipped with a grooved rod top which allows for improved load grip. The 10 tonne model features two through-holes for securing the cylinder to a work surface. The flat sides also enable horizontal use. These ultra-compact, lightweight cylinders are perfect for operating in the tightest working spaces. They are used for precision levelling of machinery, transformers, bridge sections and more. The spring-assisted return means that the piston is pulled back using either a compression or tension spring inside the cylinder. These cylinders are used when you need to remove the cylinder quickly after lowering the load.
